Returns Policy
- In new and resalable condition
- Unused
- Returned in the original packaging
- Inclusive of all paperwork, manuals, tags, parts, and accessories
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Frontier Justice reserves the right to issue approved refunds as store credit in cases where the original payment method is unavailable, expired, or where otherwise permitted by law.
Firearms, including frames and lower receivers, are not eligible for return. If a defect is identified after transfer, customers should contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim.
Frontier Justice carefully monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms and conditions or applicable laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Frontier Justice error or verified product defect.
All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
Nonreturnable Items
All sales of the following items are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Firearms (including frames and lower receivers)
- Suppressors and NFA-regulated items
- Ammunition
- Ammunition components
- Used, worn, washed, or altered clothing
- Special order items
- Distributor direct shipment items
- Gift cards
- Transfer fees
- Hazardous material products
- Specialized optics including thermal, infrared, digital night vision, and designated premium optics
- Opened electronic products unless verified defective
If a defect is discovered in any non-returnable item, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly regarding warranty service or support.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change after an order is placed. To help cover payment processing fees, administrative costs, and inventory allocation, the following cancellation policy applies to all canceled orders.
Cancellation Fees
All canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of $75 or 20% of the order total, whichever is greater.
This fee applies to orders canceled by the customer after the order has been placed, including orders that have already entered processing, fulfillment, compliance review, or transfer procedures. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Shipping
Frontier Justice operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, and related accessories.
Frontier Justice makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of any product in a customer’s specific jurisdiction. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations prior to purchase.
By purchasing any item from Frontier Justice, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from Frontier Justice complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction.
- The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.
- The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontier Justice and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from Frontier Justice.
Firearm Shipping Requirements
- Verifying their selected FFL dealer will accept the transfer
- Coordinating transfer arrangements with the receiving dealer
- Paying any applicable transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer
- Receiving FFL processing delays
- Incomplete documentation
- Carrier interruptions
- Background check delays
- State or local compliance restrictions
Firearms & Background Checks
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms and related regulated items before placing an order.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders affected by:
- Delayed background checks
- Denied background checks
- Failure to complete required transfer paperwork
- Failure to pick up or transfer a firearm within the receiving dealer’s required timeframe
If a firearm is returned to us due to a denied or uncompleted transfer, the order will be treated as a canceled order and will remain subject to the cancellation fee outlined above. Any return shipping, transfer, or restocking costs incurred may also be deducted from any eligible refund balance.
