Order Issues
I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
We strive to maintain superior order accuracy when fulfilling your orders, but mistakes can happen. Simply contact customer service with your order number, contact information, and a description of what is missing or damaged. We will work with you to make it right.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
It depends. If you received a serialized or otherwise regulated item (i.e., firearm, suppressor, ammunition, etc.), you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Sales on regulated items, both new and used, are final.
However, if you have an unregulated item that is defective or damaged, we will be happy to assist you.
In most cases, we suggest you contact us directly first, and we can help guide you through the appropriate channels to remedy the situation.
Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?
In most cases, yes. We require an RMA for all returns, and not all items are eligible for free returns. Most items are subject to a $25 restocking fee. Please contact customer service for all return inquiries.
What is your return policy?
Except for items designated as nonreturnable below, Frontier Justice may accept returns of an item for replacement (if a replacement item is available) or a refund of the purchase price, provided such return is initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Unless an item is defective or experiencing a verified performance issue, returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all included paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. Frontier Justice reserves the right to deny any return that is not received in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable or if otherwise agreed upon by the customer, refunds may be issued as online store credit.
Firearms, including frames and lower receivers, are not eligible for return. If a defect is identified after transfer, customers should contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim.
Frontier Justice carefully monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms and conditions or applicable laws and regulations.
All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
Nonreturnable Items
All sales of the following items are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Firearms (including frames and lower receivers)
- Suppressors
- Ammunition
- Ammunition components
- Electronics
- Some optics (thermal, night vision, etc.)
- Used, worn, or washed clothing
If a defect is discovered in any non-returnable item, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly regarding warranty service or support.
In-Store Policies
Can I bring my personal firearm into the store?
Yes, you may. However, for everyone's safety, all firearms brought into Frontier Justice must be unloaded and secured in a proper case or holster before entering the building.
Please do not open your firearm case or handle your firearm until you are inside the range and at your assigned shooting bay.
As part of our security protocol, we also ask that all guests remove or lower full-face coverings or hoods before entering the store. If you have a specific need or concern regarding this policy, a manager will be happy to assist you.
Do I need a membership to shoot on the range?
No, you do not. Non-members may use our range for a fee of $24.99 for 1 shooter and $39.99 for 2 shooters (per lane). This is for an unlimited time unless there is a wait for lanes. If a waitlist builds, you may be asked to release the lane after one hour, but you may return to another lane if one becomes available that same day.
What do I need to bring with me to shoot on the range?
Each guest must bring a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, military ID) to use the range.
You'll also need ANSI-certified eye and ear protection, at least one target, and closed-toed shoes.
If you don’t have any of these items, no problem! Eye and ear protection, as well as targets, are available to rent or purchase at the Range Check-In desk. We also offer disposable booties if you arrive wearing open-toed shoes.
Can I use my own ammo on the range?
Yes, you may use your own ammunition on the range as long as it meets our range requirements. All ammo must be brass-cased; aluminum-cased, steel-cased, steel core, steel shot, tracer, and armor-piercing rounds are not permitted. Muzzle-loaders and black powder firearms are also prohibited.
For shotguns, only slugs are allowed. Birdshot and buckshot are not permitted. If you are renting a firearm from Frontier Justice, you are required to use ammunition purchased from our store to ensure safety and proper function.
Can I collect my brass?
You are welcome to collect your own brass, as long as it remains behind the firing line. For safety and environmental reasons, brass that has gone beyond the firing line may not be retrieved.
Do I need prior shooting experience to shoot on the range?
No prior experience is required to shoot on the range. Our on-duty Range Safety Officers are available to assist first-time shooters and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
However, if you're looking for more in-depth instruction or hands-on guidance, we recommend signing up for a class, as RSOs have limited time to provide individual assistance during regular range operations.
What calibers can I shoot on the range?
You may shoot any caliber up to and including .50 caliber on the range. All ammunition must still meet our range requirements regarding casing and projectile type.
Ammunition with a muzzle velocity exceeding 4,000 feet per second is not permitted. Additionally, .22-250 caliber rounds are prohibited for safety reasons.
How many people are allowed on a lane?
Each lane accommodates a maximum of two people at a time to ensure safety and comfort.
Can my child shoot on the range with me?
Children who are at least 8 years old and 48 inches tall are allowed to shoot on the range when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Are range bays available on a first-come, first-serve basis?
Generally, yes. Range bays are available on a first-come, first-served basis; however, members receive priority on the waitlist. This means that when the range is full, members are given access before non-members.
Can I get private instruction with my firearm?
Yes, private lessons are available for $75.00 per hour. You can schedule a session in advance by calling your preferred store location.
Why am I required to provide a current photo ID to use the range?
At Frontier Justice, the safety of our guests and compliance with all applicable laws are our highest priorities. For this reason, we require a valid government-issued photo ID from every individual who wishes to use our gun range.
Requesting identification serves several important purposes:
- Age Verification – Federal and state laws require that individuals meet certain age requirements to possess and use firearms on a range.
- Legal Compliance – ID verification ensures that we are operating in accordance with firearms regulations and range management best practices.
- Liability and Insurance – Maintaining accurate records protects both our guests and our business, and is required for liability and insurance purposes.
- Safety and Accountability – Verifying identity helps us foster a secure, responsible, and respectful environment for all participants.
- Your identification is used solely for these purposes and is handled in accordance with our privacy and security policies. By following this process, we are able to uphold the highest standards of safety, responsibility, and compliance for every guest at Frontier Justice.
Do you offer a military and first responder discount?
Yes! Veterans, first responders, and active duty military receive 10% off non-serialized products, 5% off serialized items, and 25% off memberships. Please note that gift cards are excluded from these discounts.
