USCCA CHILDREN’S FIREARM SAFETY FUNDAMENTALS -HANDGUN – KANSAS CITY, KANSAS
Prerequisites: A parent or legal guardian must accompany each child. The child must be a minimum height of 48 inches and at least 12 years of age. Appropriate for up to 16 years old. Or minimum age per our range rules is 8 years of age. We recommend this class to the age ranges of 12 and up for the best experience due to the level of detail and training time in the classroom.
Class Description: The class includes 2.5 hours of instruction split between hands-on Firearm Safety Instruction in a formal classroom setting and a guided live-fire range experience in a safe and supervised environment. Included in the class fee is access to our rental firearms and 50 rounds of the ammunition of your choice. This training experience is the natural next step for youths interested in learning more about handgun components, mechanical operation, ammunition, and safe handling procedures.
