The Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus 3.1″ – 9MM OR is an ultra-reliable, striker-fired handgun that’s simple to operate and maintain, making it ideal for home defense and concealed carry. This firearm is also optic ready for the common footprint of micro red dots for handguns.

The 18° grip angle and a low slide profile deliver intuitive control and portability. The polymer frame comes with 3 interchangeable palm-swell panels to accommodate the hands of virtually any shooter, while the flat face trigger offers enhanced control and improved trigger finger placement.

The stainless steel slide features a durable, black Armornite coating and rear cocking serrations that provide a secure grip for effortless slide manipulation. The Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus 3.1″ – 9MM OR semi-auto pistol features an ambidextrous slide release lever, and the magazine release is reversible for enhanced control with either hand.

The trigger system prevents the firearm from discharging unless the trigger is fully depressed, even if the pistol is dropped. A low-profile steel rear sight and a white-dot front sight are rapidly acquired with minimum interference when drawing the weapon from a holster or bag.
