Frontier Justice raises awareness and support for officers and their families

Lee’s Summit, Mo. (Aug. 15, 2017) – For the second consecutive year, Frontier Justice hosts Back the Blue Month, which takes place during August each year to show support for police officers. Firearms retailer and training facility Frontier Justice created Back the Blue Month to honor the sacrifice that law enforcement makes year-round.

Frontier Justice, which partners with regional police departments for continued training, is an outspoken supporter of police and military forces. In light of current social environments, Frontier Justice feels that showing appreciation for officers and their families is now more important than ever.

In observance of Back the Blue Month, Frontier Justice will host:

  • Aug. 16 and 23: Free range time for any officer with identification
  • August 23, 8 p.m.: Prayer vigil in remembrance of fallen officers

“We are eternally grateful for the men and women who put others’ safety before their own every day they put on that uniform,” said Bren Brown, President and Owner of Frontier Justice. “We hope that Back the Blue Month allows officers to see that there are so many people who appreciate the sacrifice they make each day to keep their communities safe.”

In addition to unique offers this month, Frontier Justice offers special discounts throughout the year to qualified law enforcement officers and agencies through its Law Enforcement/Wholesale division, which launched earlier this year.

Frontier Justice encourages everyone who supports law enforcement to change their social media profile photos to the “I Back the Blue” photo all month.
